Branding and awareness content

Set what employees see after a simulation, and how the leaderboard and languages work for your company.

Awareness page branding

Open Settings → Branding to set your display name and an optional welcome image for the awareness pages, plus the badge, heading, and intro text shown after someone interacts with a simulation that has awareness content enabled. If you leave these blank, Phishtime uses neutral defaults. Custom branding is on the Pro and Enterprise plans, and during the free trial.

Awareness follow-up email

A separate toggle sends an automatic follow-up email after a campaign's awareness content. Set the from name and from address here. It reinforces the training outside the portal.

Leaderboard visibility

Choose how much the employee portal leaderboard shows: full names, initials only, company-wide statistics with no individual ranking, or no leaderboard at all. It is a company-wide setting, so every employee sees the same view.

Company languages and default content locale

Turn on the languages your company actually uses for templates, landing pages, and awareness content, out of Phishtime's full list. Set a default content locale: the language new campaigns, templates, and landing pages start in.
