Employee portal

The employee portal shows your phishing-awareness score, how you compare with colleagues, and the simulations you have been part of.

If your organization uses Phishtime, you may sometimes get a simulated phishing email as part of training. The portal is where you see how you did. The point is to help you spot real phishing, not to catch you out.

Signing in

Sign in at the login page your organization gave you, usually something like yourcompany.phishtime.com, or your company's own address if it uses a custom domain. Your administrator either emailed you a temporary password, or your organization uses Microsoft Entra ID. If it does, use the Sign in with Microsoft button.

Your scorecard

Your dashboard shows your current score, your rank among colleagues, and where you fall between the company's lowest, average, and highest scores. Your score moves based on how you respond to simulations. See Understand your score and results for the detail.

Leaderboard

You may also see a leaderboard of top-scoring colleagues, depending on how your administrator set it up. Some companies show full names, some show initials, some show company-wide stats with no individual ranking, and some show no leaderboard. If you do not see one, that is your organization's setting, not an error.

Your profile

Open My profile from the dashboard to set your training language, the language your awareness pages and follow-up emails use, separate from your company's default. If your account is not managed by SSO, you can also change your password here.
