Create an SMTP profile

1. Under SMTP profiles, read the Phishtime managed mail panel. It explains the sender address used automatically if you add no profile of your own.
2. To add your own, give the profile a name, the From address, the SMTP host and port, and the login credentials.
3. Pick the profile for a campaign in the Email content step (step 3 of the wizard). The From email field there is fixed by the active profile.
4. Send a test message and confirm it arrives and renders correctly before you use the profile for a real campaign.
5. Check the profile's status column on the Email & messaging page. A profile can show as unavailable if your plan does not include custom SMTP (for example "unavailable on Hello World").
