Create templates and landing pages
Build the email a campaign sends and the page it links to, from the built-in library or from scratch.
Every campaign needs a template (the email or message) and, for link, QR, and attachment campaigns, a landing page (what the recipient sees after clicking). Use a built-in library template as-is, clone one to change it, or build your own.
Using the library
Open Email templates to browse the built-in collection. These imitate common lures: password resets, shared documents, HR and IT notices, and so on. Pick one in the campaign wizard, or open it here first to preview it.
Cloning a template
Click Clone on a library template to get your own editable copy, filled in with its content. This is quicker than a blank page when you only want to change the wording, sender name, or button style. The clone is saved only when you click Create template. If you close the page first, it is discarded.
The template editor
Cloned or built from scratch, the editor is a rich-text surface: formatting, links, images, and a {cta} placeholder. The placeholder marks where the campaign's action element goes: a click button, a QR code, or an attachment indicator, depending on the campaign. One template can serve all three, so you do not need a separate version for each.
Set the button style and color for the {cta} placeholder to match the brand you are imitating. Set a subject line and sender name for each language your company uses.
Landing pages
Open Landing pages the same way: browse the library, clone one, or build one. In the builder you choose a page type (login form, MFA approval screen, OAuth consent screen), pick a skin, and add the fields you want captured. Pair a template with a landing page in the campaign wizard.
See Advanced editing: cloning and raw HTML for editing a page's HTML directly. See Link safety in templates and landing pages (under Security and access) for what links and content are allowed.
